1880 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Murch and Joseph Murch the younger, as Plumbers, Painters, Glaziers, and Whitesmiths, at No. 1, Waterloo-street, Stoke, Devonport, in the county of Devon, under the style or firm of Joseph Murch and Son, was dissolved, by mutual consent, from the Slat day of December last. And all debts due and owing to or by the aforesaid late firm will be received and paid by the said Joseph Murch, and that in future such business will be carried on by the said Joseph Murch the younger alone...'[1]
