1881 Living at 26 King Street, Coventry: Joseph Hatton (age 45 born Atherstone), Engineer Master (Employing 16 Men and 11 Apprentices). With his wife Catherine Hatton (age 46 born Coventry) and their seven children; Lottie Hatton (age 18 born Coventry); John Hatton (age 16 born Coventry); Frank Hatton (age 15 born Coventry); Arthur Hatton (age 12 born Coventry); Annie Hatton (age 11 born Coventry); Herbert Hatton (age 9 born Coventry); and Sidney Hatton (age 8 born Coventry). Also his niece. One servant.[1]
