1832 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, John Jones and William Yates, of the Newton Viaduct Foundry, in Newton, in the County of Lancaster, Iron-Founders and Engineers, was this day dissolved and determined by and with our mutual consent and concurrence ; and that the said concern will in future be carried on by John Jones and Company, who will receive and pay all debts and demands due to and from the late firm of John Jones and William Yates ...'[1]
