1966 The name of the Yang-Tse Corporation was changed to J. B. Holdings[1]

1982 J. B. Holdings plc, Surrey-based construction, makers of road suction cleaners and hydraulic equipment, civil engineers, road maintenance, concrete and GRP pipe-makers and roadstone suppliers, controlled by the Johnston family, changed its name to Johnston Group[2][3]

1999 Sold the Johnston Construction business[4]

2002 TT Group sold its stake in the business to Anglo American's Tarmac subsidiary[5]

2004 Acquired by Ennstone for its quarrying interests[6]
