John Spier Heron, engineer

c.1842 Born in Bowdon, Cheshire

c.1860 Maker of wire mattresses

1861 Engineer, living in Bowdon[1]

Went into partnership with James Gresham to represent Giffard's injector

1866 Founder partner of Gresham and Heron to manufacture the injector.

1871 Civil engineer, living in Didsbury[2]

1875 Left Heron, Gresham and Craven in April due to ill health.

1880 Died in Southport
