On the Premises, at Warmley aforesaid, Friday, the 1oth day of May, 1816, at Eleven o’clock in the morning (by order of the Assignees of John Naish, Bitton, in the same County, Engineer, a Bankrupt),
THE BENEFICIAL INTEREST, late belonging to the said Bankrupt, of and in a LEASE of the PREMISES, wherein the said Trade has been carried on at Warmley, about 18 Years whereof are now to come and unexpired;— also the FINISHED and UNFINISHED ENGINES, Furnaces, Clock Weights, Tools, Forges, Bellows, Blowing Machines, Anvils, and sundry Iron Goods, in good preservation ; —likewise the HOUSEHOLD GOODS, FURNITURE, and other his Estate and Effects.
The Work Shops, &c. may be viewed on application to Mr. Emett, Miller, Downend, near Bristol; or Mr. Jeffrry, Maypole, Warmley.
