John Macdonald Henderson ( -1925), chairman and managing director of J. M. Henderson and Co

JOHN MACDONALD HENDERSON died at his residence, Queen's Road, Aberdeen, on February 19, 1925.

He was chairman and managing director of the firm of J. M. Henderson & Co., Ltd. He gained his earlier experience in the business established by his late father, to which he succeeded. He specialised in hoisting and transporting machinery, in Blondin cable-ways for mines and quarries, and in cranes and stonework appliances.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1921.
