John Lang and Sons of Johnstone, nr Glasgow were machine tool manufacturers
- 1873 Company founded.
- 1894 Surfacing and boring Lathe. [1]

- 1920 September. Exhibited at the Machine Tool and Engineering Exhibition at Olympia with a number of lathes with their well-known system of variable speed driving by means of expanding pulleys. [3]
