1851 Living at Earnshaw Street, Oldham: John Kershaw (age 58 born Crompton, Lancs.), Mechanic. With his wife Sarah Kershaw (age 55 born Crompton, Lancs.) and their son Joseph Kershaw (age 28 born Crompton, Lancs.), Mechanic.[1]
