1893 Public company launched to acquire various cycle selling organisation and to work various exclusive cycle agencies with Bayliss, Thomas and Co, Coventry Machinists Co, Humber and Co, Premier Cycle Co, Raleigh Cycle Co, Referee Cycle Co, Singer and Co, Sparkbrook Manufacturing Co, St. George's Engineering Co, Trent Cycle Co, Triumph Cycle Co, Whitworth Cycle Co, Sharratt and Lisle, Humber, Cripps and Goddard. In addition several cycle agency branches were acquired.[1]
