1935 John Galloway and Company Limited was incorporated as a public company, with capital of £280,000, to acquire the business of Balerno Bank Paper Mills Limited.[1] The latter had briefly changed its original name in order to make it available to the new company, before the old company was then liquidated.[2]

1968 Opening of new Eck coating machine. Motors and drives from Laurence, Scott and Electromotors [3]

1971 The company went into liquidation.[4]
