"JOHN BERNARD NORRIS, whose death occurred in the Belgian Congo on 18th January 1950, at the age of fifty-four, was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in the preceding year.
He was educated at the County High School, Isleworth, and served his apprenticeship from 1909 to 1914 with Messrs. D. Napier and Sons, Ltd., Acton.
