With his wife (married 14 years with three children) Caroline Forrester (age 39 born Manchester) and their children John Allan Forrester (age 13 born Cockermouth); Alice Adelaide Forrester (age 12 born Cockermouth); and Lesley Winifred Forrester (age 8 born Cockermouth).[1]

1959 Died at Nuneaton aged 85
