1922 O.B.E., B.Sc., M.Inst.C.E., Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, 27, Hindes Road, Harrow, Middlesex: b. 1881. Ed. Heriot-Watt College, Edinburgh; Edinburgh University, and Graduated B.Sc. (Eng.), London University. Training: West End Engine Works Co, Edinburgh, and D. Bruce Peebles and Co., Edinburgh. Now with Engineering Division, H.M. Office of Works. War Services.—In charge of design and erection of engineering plant in various national shell filling factories and other work connected with munitions.
