1915 Company dissolved. '...the Partnership ±\i heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on business as Engineers, Motor Car and Cycle Car Manufacturers and Dealers, at Albert Works, Scholefield-street, Birmingham, under the style or firm of the JENNINGS-CHALMERS LIGHT CAR COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirtieth day of July, 1915.
