1899 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Woodcock, Frederick Woodcock, William John Woodcock, and Joseph Rhodehouse, carrying on business as Edge-Tool Manufacturers, at Younge-street, in the city of Sheffield, under the style or firm of James Woodcock and Sons, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 24th day of November, 1899. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Woodcock, Frederick Woodcock, and William John Woodcock, who will continue to parry on. the said business at the above address, under the said style or firm of James Woodcock and Sons....'[1]
