1947 James Noble (Fraserburgh) Limited, of 14 Bon Accord Square, Aberdeen, was registered, with capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of building or repairing ships and boats. The directors were James Noble, boat builder, and Jessie J. Noble, 53 Saltoun Place, Fraserburgh.[1]

1955 A three berth yard, capable of building vessels up to 100 ft.[2]
