1957 At its 34th annual meeting Power Securities Corporation Ltd recognised James Kilpatrick and Son Ltd as one its subsidiaries[1].

1961 Electrical engineers, specialising in electrical engineering contracting, armature winding, switchboard building and overhead transmission engineering. 1,200 employees. [2]
