James Fletcher (1779-1846), engineer with the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.

1779 Born the son of Samuel Fletcher

1803 November 3rd. Married(2) at Burnley to Mary Hargreaves

1846 May 4th. Died. James Fletcher, Esq., of Gannow, near Burnley, civil engineer to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal Company.[1]
