'It is with regret that we record the death on June 1 of Mr. James Butler who was a member of the boards of director of B.I.P. Chemicals Ltd., and B.I.P. Engineering Ltd. Mr. Butler, who was sixty years of age, had served with B.I.P. Group for thirty-four years and was, at the time of his death, chief development engineer of the group.'
