Jabez Johnson, Hodgkinson and Pearson Cotton spinners and weavers of 105-7 Portland Street, Manchester.

1892 The company was registered on 9 January, to acquire the businesses of Jabez Johnson and Co, George Hodgkinson and Sons and Thomas Pearson and Son, manufacturers of cotton, woollen and linen quilts, cotton blankets. [1]

Also owned George Mort and Co

1929 Joined 6 other manufacturers to form the Quilt Manufacturers company[2]
