1914 Glue and gelatine manufacturers. Specialities: Scotch glue and match-making glues, instant powdered sparkling gelatine. Employees 200. [1]

c.1950 British Match Corporation owned a majority stake in the company, which supplied a key ingredient for its matches, glue[2].

1969 Ceased manufacturing.
