Incledon and Lamberts Ltd

1920 Public company incorporated to acquire H. Incledon and Co and Lambert Brothers (Walsall)[1]

1953 The company was focussed on its South African and Rhodesian interests[2]

1960 The plastics business of H. Incledon was merged into the Durapipe and Fittings business[3]

1962 The 2 Walsall subsidiaries, Lambert Brothers (Walsall) and Ansell Jones and Co had unsatisfactory year; Durapipe and Fittings and H. Incledon and Co of Leicester were trading well[4]

1972 52nd AGM: Durapipe and Fittings Ltd made a major contribution; new plastic pipe products for hot liquids were in development; Ansell Jones and Co was experiencing quiet trading conditions; H. Incledon and Co traded satisfactorily . [5]

1976 Name changed to Durapipe International[6]

1981 Acquired by Glynwed
