1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately existing between us the undersigned Thomas Fuller Toovey and Howard Feeny in the business of Bicycle Manufacturers and Dealers carried on at 45 Everton-road in the city of Liverpool and Number 42 High-street Camden Town London under the style or firm of the British Cycle Manufacturing Company was dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 29th day of August 1895. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm in respect to the business formerly carried on by them at Everton-road Liverpool aforesaid will be received and paid by the said Howard Feeny who will carry on business at that address under the style of the British Cycle Manufacturing Company and all debts due and owing by the said late firm in respect of the business formerly carried on at 42 High-street Camden Town London will be received and paid by the said Thomas Fuller Toovey who will carry on business at that address as the British Cycle Manufacturing Company...'[1]
