1934 Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Co acquired the US Brown Instrument Co.

1936 Opened a UK office, Honeywell Brown, selling valves and control devices[1]

1949 A wholly-owned subsidiary of Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Co; it leased a factory at Blantyre in Glasgow to make most of the parts needed in its indicating, recording and controlling instruments[2]

1958 The company became Honeywell Controls
