1875 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Michael Thomas Bass, Henry Yates, Robert Agnew, Thomas Webb, and Edmund Radford, carrying on business at Grantham, in the county of Lincoln, and elsewhere, as Contractors for Steam Cultivation, under the style or firm of Henry Yates and Company, has been dissolved, as and from the 31st day of December last, by the retirement of the said Michael Thomas Bass. All debts due to and owing from the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Henry Yates, Robert Agnew, Thomas Webb, and Edmund Radford, by whom the business will be continued...'[2]
