Born at Exeter the son of William Hooper and his wife Mary Dyer

Built the Higher Market, Exeter.[1]

1841 Living at the Crescent, Mount Radford, Exeter, Builder. With Sarah Hooper.[2]

1843/44 Mayor of Exeter.[3]

1857/58 Mayor of Exeter.[4]

1861 Living at 6 The Crescent, St. Leonards, Exeter: Henry Hooper (age 67 born Exeter), Magistrate. With his wife Sarah and three children and others..[5]

1868 July 12th. Died, of Mount Radford, Exeter. Obituary.[6]
