1899 Harvey and Williams, Limited. — This company has been formed to acquire as a going concern and to carry on and extend the business of Harvey and Williams, Limited, engineers, of Huntingdon and London, and to acquire and amalgamate the business known as the Holme House Foundry, Wigan, and the patent for a tool-making machine known as "The Palmer Patent Forging Machine."
