1883 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Frederick Thankful Haisman and Robert Meech, carrying on business as Gas and Hot Water Engineers, Bicycle and Tricycle Makers, at Southampton, under the style or firm of Haisman and Meech, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 8th day of January, 1883. All debts due to and owing by the said firm on account of the Bicycle business will be received and paid by the said Robert Meech, and all other debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Frederick Thankful Haisman...'[1]
