1972 ICL sold its 70 percent share in Data Recording Instrument Co to Grundy (Teddington) Ltd which already held 30 percent; Stanley W. Grundy was chairman of the Grundy Group and of DRI[2]

1976 Sold shares in Data Recording Instrument to the NEB[3]
