Great Central Co-operative Engineering and Ship Repairing Co

- By 1889 they were well established by several fishing boat owners and named Great Grimsby Co-op. Box and Fish Carrying Co and classified as 'Coal Merchants, mast and block makers, and tinplate workers'
- 1893 They had become the Great Central Co-operative Engineering and Ship Repairing Co
- After 1893 they turned out a number of marine engines and steam winches
