1958 Jane Seymour owned all the shares in Goya at the time that its parent, J. C. and J. Field Ltd, was acquired by E. Griffiths Hughes of Manchester[1]. The Jane Seymour and D. R. Collins subsidiaries were to be sold to the chairman of Fields and his family.
