1850 Born in Hyde the son of Benjamin Goodfellow and his wife Eliza Ridgeway

1874 Married in Ludlow to Adeline Mary Harding

1881 Living at Lumb Bank, Hyde: George B. Goodfellow (age 30 born Hyde), Mechanical Engineer employing 250 men and boys. With his wife Adeline M. Goodfellow (age 31) and their three sons; Frank Goodfellow (age 5 born Hyde); George Goodfellow (age 4 born Hyde); and Robert Goodfellow (age 2 born Hyde). Also a relative and three servants.[1]
