1905 'ANOTHER NEW MILL FOR BLACKBURN. The Garden-street Mill Company have decided to erect new premises to contain 460 looms. The contract for engines, shafting, etc., has been given to Messrs. [[Ashton, Frost and Co]]., and the mill will be fitted with machinery by Messrs. Livesey, Limited.
