The Control and Rectifier Division of GEC

1967 GEC acquired AEI; the former control and rectifier activities of GEC at Witton were brought together with 2 AEI units from Leicester, which were being concentrated with activities at Rugby[1]

1968 Became part of GEC-Elliott Automation[2]
