of Cordwalles Works, Maidenhead

1913 Arthur George Grice, of the Cordwalles Works, Maidenhead, applied for a patent concerning motor vehicles with friction drive; half of the interest in the patent was assigned to G. and V. R. Ltd of Maidenhead.

C.1914 Another company with which Arthur Grice was involved, G.W.K. Ltd, moved into Cordwalles Works to make motor cars.

1921 In Voluntary Liquidation. The benefits of all patents held by the company to Mellor, Bromley and Co of Leicester[1]
