1895 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Nelson Franklin and James Geary carrying on business at No. 6 Avenham-street Preston in the county of Lancaster as Bicycle Dealers and Repairers and India Rubber Manufacturers under the style of Franklin and Geary has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the said firm or Partnership will be received and paid by the said Nelson Franklin who will henceforth carry on the said business on his own account...'[1]
