FRANK EDWARD, whose death in his seventieth year occurred on 10th October 1943, was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in 1904. FRANK EDWARD, whose death in his seventieth year occurred on 10th October 1943, was elected an Associate Member of the Institution in 1904. He was educated privately and after serving his apprenticeship with Messrs. Henry Pontifex and Sons, Ltd., London, from 1890 to 1896, was made outdoor foreman to Messrs. R.
