Incorporated as a Company in 1864.

1914 Present Directors: Walter Chamberlain, J.P . (Chairman), W. J. Stephenson and F. H. Witheridge (Managers). Specialities: Silks, Ribbons, Dress Materials, Straws, Flowers, and General Drapery. The warehouse is very extensive, covering over three-quarters of an acre of ground.
