Made Curtis-type propulsion turbines for vessels including US scout 'Salem' and Japanese cruiser 'Ibuki'.

1909 Description of Curtis turbines for the US Navy destroyers Perkins and Sterrett. The turbines were required to develop 12,000 horse-power at 600 rpm.[1]
