Ewart Armitage (1887-1940)


1940/41 Obituary [1]

Ewart Armitage was born in 1887 and received his technical education at Doncaster Technical School.

He was apprenticed to engineering in 1904, and at, the conclusion of his training remained with L. W. Armitage and Co. until 1910, when he commenced in business on his own account.

He died on 5th December, 1940, at the age of 53.

He was elected an Associate Member in 1921.
