1987-9 The surface treatment, filtration and components activities were brought together within W. A. Tyzack

1989 Bill Eastwood, chairman of Tyzack, founded Eurovein

1991 Acquired GSM from the receivers

The company had three Divisions:

  • Surface Treatment
  • Filtration
  • Components

The company operates in 4 European countries.

1994 Planned listing of the shares[1]

1995 The company was in trouble, making losses because of delays in firming up large orders[2]

1996 Having got into difficulties, the company sold its key subsidiary, the shock blasting machinery business, to US Filter. The remainder, about a third in size of the original, was renamed Tyzack Precision[3]
