Ernest Reynold Briggs (c1877-1960) of Willans and Robinson

ca.1877 Born in Stoke Newington the son of Thomas Briggs, Clerk in the Post Office, and his wife Mary.

1901 Married in Chorlton-upon-Medlock to Cordelia Hannah Smith

1911 Living at Parkside, North St, Rugby: Ernest Reynold Briggs (age 24 born Stoke Newington, London), Chief Draughtsman. No others listed.[1]

1939 Listed in Rugby as Engineer's Representative formerly Works Manager, with Cordelia.
