By1875 had successfully applied the Danks process.[2]

1882 In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Charles Emile Muller, trading as the Erimus Steel Company, at the Erimus Steel Works, near South Stockton, also of Middleton St. George, both in the county of Durham, and of Middlesborough, Steel Manufacturer, Farmer, Merchant, and Steamship Owner.[3]
