Formed Ranger Cycle Car Co

1901 Living at Abbotsfield, High Street, Kenilworth: Enock J. West (age 37 born Foleshill), Managing Director of Cycle Company and Employer. Living with wife Selina (age 37 born Bedworth) and children Emily (age 13 born Coventry), Florence (age 10 born Foleshill), Bertha M. (age 4 born Foleshill) and Hilda S. (age 2 born Kenilworth). One servant. [1]

1905 Formed West Ltd

1911 Living at 18 Regent Street, Coventry: Enoch John West (age 47 born Exhall), a Motor Manufacturer and Employer. With his wife Selina West (age 47 born Bedworth) and their children Emily West (age 23 born Coventry); Florence West (age 20 born Foleshill), a School Teacher; Arthur John West (age 19 born Foleshill), a Motor Mechanic; Bertha Maud West (age 14 born Foleshill); Hilda Selina West (age 12 born Kenilworth); and Jessie Elizabeth West (age 8 born Coventry).
