1894 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Eley and Arthur Thomas Tatham, carrying on business as Brewers and Wine and Spirit Merchants, at the Green Brewery, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Eley and Tatham, was dissolved, as and from the 1st day of January, 1894, by effluxion of time..'[1]
