1899 The company was registered with £50,000 of shares and to enter in to an agreement with Claude W. Atkinson and William H. Johnson to manufacture, sell and deal in electric and other motors. Subscribers were:[1]

1911 Electrical Exhibition. Enclosed ventilated motors from 1 hp to 30 hp and a steam set for lighting on a ship. [2]

1920 September. Exhibited at the Machine Tool and Engineering Exhibition at Olympia with motors for machine tool driving. [3]

1924 After November 11th the London address was Australia House, Room 420, Strand, London, W.C.2[4]

1929 Taken over by Laurence, Scott and Co, forming Laurence, Scott and Electromotors
