1951 Died. 'THE death occurred on Saturday at his home,. "Rossett," Shenstone, of Mr. Edward Wilson Dixon (84), late of Harrogate. Mr. Dixon, a retired chartered civil engineer, was for many years, with his brother, the late Mr. Fred Dixon, joint consulting engineer to the South Staffs. Waterworks Company. His work took him to all parts of the Midlands and he was particularly well known in the Lichfield district.'[3]
