Edward Treffry Carrall Wilcocks (c1851-1887), Civil Engineer.

1871 Living at Duryard Park House, Exeter: James C. Wilcocks (age 44 born Exeter), Retired merchant. With his wife Celina (age 48 born Exeter) and sons Edward T. Wilcocks (age 20 born Exeter), Mechanical Engineer, and Charles H. Wilcocks.[1]
