1904 JENKINSON, Sir Edward George, Hauway Hill, Godalming Surrey. Is chairman of the Daimler Motor Co., IAd., and holds an important position in the automobile world. It is Sir Edward's company which has had the honour of supplying the King with his stud of automobiles. Sir Edward was engaged in the Indian Civil Service from 1850 to 1880; served in India during the Mutiny; and was private secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland. [1]
